October 4th (OCT4) = Oct4 day.

Why? Because Oct4 just deserves to have a day dedicated to it. Its just awesome that this gene has three alternative transcripts that produce four protein isoforms and six known pseudogenes. Some of the pseudogenes are transcribed and even translated. And no one has any idea what is their function. Beat that.
