Complexity level:
1. Very difficult (it has been done ... once)
2. Hard (pay attention to the little details!)
3. Easy (just follow the protocol)
4. MD proof (you'll get pretty picture regardless of what you do)
4a. Physicians can do it
4b. Even surgeons can't screw this up
